Tracking, Shipping & Handling - Tracking Your OrderOnce your order has shipped from our offices, we will send you an e-mail to update you on your order status as well as provide you with the tracking number (or RA number) for your package.
Your order will be shipped via registered mail through Singapore Post. To check the status of your delivery, please click on the following link: http://singpost.com/ra/ra_article_status.asp Enter the RA number into the text box provided and click Track. Please note: 1. The status information provided by Singapore Post is accurate as of the date shown in the footnote of the status ionformation page. 2. If your order was shipped recently, please allow 2 working days for the system to update your tracking informaiton before you check your delivery status. 3. If your item was sent more than 6 months ago, the delivery status of your item will not be available. Please contact us immediately if you have not received your package after this period. 4. For local to overseas item, the status is available up to the point the mail leaves Singapore. Further status of your overseas item is available at the destination's respective Singapore Post postal services partners. Links to their respective status tracking pages are provided by Singapore Post on the same page. 5.
