Shopping and Payment - Checking Out

You may check out at any time (via the Checkout link just above the top navigation menu, or the button in the shopping cart page) as long as you are logged in and have items stored in your shopping cart.

If you are not logged in or have not signed up for an account, you will be prompted to do so when you try to access the checkout page. Checking out is a 3-step process:

Step 1: Confirm / Change Your Delivery Information
You will be shown the primary address you have entered in your account settings as your shipping address. Your order will be shipped to this address or you may change the shipping address by clicking the button.

If you choose to change your address, you will presented with a form in which you can enter a new address to store into your account, or choose from a list of existing addresses which you have previously entered into your account settings. Once you have made your changes, click Continue to return to the delivery information page.

You will also be asked to choose the shipping method for your order and its cost, depending on your order weight and delivery address.

You may also include any special instructions or comments about delivering your order by typing your request or comment in the text box provided at the bottom of the page.

Once you are done with Step 1, click the button to continue.

Step 2: Choose a Payment Method
You will be shown the address marked in your account settings as your billing address. The billing address should match the address on your credit card statement. You can change the billing address (in the same way as you would your shipping address in Step 1) by clicking the button.

Your order total (including the sub-total cost of your order and shipping & handling fee (if any) will also be displayed for your information, as well as payment options for your selection.

If you have a Discount Coupon, you can the Redemption Code for that coupon in the text field within the Discount Coupon section. Your coupon will be applied to the total and reflected in your cart after you click . Please note: you may only use one coupon per order.

You may also include any special instructions or comments about your payment by typing your request or comment in the text box provided at the bottom of the page.

Step 3: Confirming Your Order
In the order confirmation page, you will be shown a summary of your selections from steps 1 and 2. You can still change any information that you have submitted up to this point by clicking on the button on the right of the respective section.

Once you have made your changes and have confirmed that all the information presented to you for your purchase is correct, you may proceed to make payment by clicking on the button, after which you will be brought to the PayPal payment page to process your payment.

Once your order has been confirmed, you will be directed to a confirmation page with your order number. An e-mail acknowledgment will be sent to you with all the details of your order.
