If you find any of our products not up to your expectations, do contact us to let us know, mail back the item(s) you wish to exchange and we can replace your item with another piece of the same model, a new size, an entirely different design, or a refund in the form of a gift certificate for future purchases. LIFEbaby will bear the cost of shipping if the problem is determined to be defective.

Easy Returns and Exchanges by Mail: Follow these quick and easy steps to return your purchase by mail: 1. Contact us via e-mail to inform us of the item(s) that you're returning. No, we do not accept returns or exchanges on special price, clearance or final sale merchandise, online or in stores. What if I used a promotion code to make my purchase? You can exchange the item for the same style in a different size or color. Or, you can apply a credit for the amount you paid towards a new item at its current price. A previously used promotion code cannot be applied to the sale of a different item. What if I want a refund?
